Award winning West Berkshire Brewery is overjoyed to be the official ale supplier for this year’s BMW PGA Championship to be held at Wentworth from 21st May to 24th May – the flagship tournament of the European Tour which expects over 100,000 people to attend.
This is the first time that a local brewery has been selected as the official ale supplier – an exciting move away from big name brands.
West Berkshire Brewery’s (WBB) Saazbrucker Pilsner and Good Old Boy will be available in: The BMW Showstage Bar, The 18th Green Hospitality Unit, The BMW Owners’ Lounge, The Moet Brasserie, The Media Centre and The Players’ Lounge.
The tournament is set to be a thriller. World number one Rory McIlroy is returning as defending champion and will be joined by a stellar field of golfing names.
20th Anniversary for WBB
2015 sees WBB celebrate their 20th anniversary. The multi-award winning, classic bitter, Good Old Boy (4% ABV), is a perennial favourite. This flagship beer has been a best seller since first brewed in 1995.
