BII Scotland has announced the winners for its 2015 annual awards, which took place in the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Glasgow on 17 May 2015.
The Chairman of BII Scotland, Stephen McGowan CBII, said, “What an amazing crowd and a fantastic evening. Many congratulations to all finalists and winners and thanks to all our sponsors and supporters. The BII Scotland Awards is run by volunteers, entirely not-for-profit, and I’d like to thank all the people behind the scenes too. In Scotland’s Year of Food and Drink this was a real celebration of the licensed trade and its innovation. I’m proud to be part of this community and already looking forward to the 2016 event – it will be the 30th anniversary of BII Scotland so watch this space!”
