Singapore-based real estate investment firm M&L Hospitality has acquired the former Arora Hotel Heathrow in a deal brokered by specialist property adviser Christie + Co.
The high-profile hotel has been sold for an undisclosed sum off a headline price of £45 million following a highly competitive sales process.
Jeremy Jones, Head of Hotels Brokerage at Christie + Co comments: “This is a prime piece of hotel real estate which piqued interest from major players from domestic and international players from around the globe looking to enter or expand their presence in the UK.”
Ideally located adjacent to one of the world’s busiest airports, the hotel boasts 350 hotel guest bedrooms, restaurant, bar and a range of meeting and function rooms.
