28°-50° Restaurant Group has appointrd Sid Clark as its new Operations Director.
Sid joins the 28°-50° team from Maze and Maze Grill by Gordon Ramsay where he was General Manager for five years. With a strong background in F&B in his new position, Sid will take overall responsibility for developing further 28°-50° operational capability.
