Once again a fabulous selection of breakfast, brunch and lunch menu development options will be available for sampling at Open Kitchen Live Tuesday 28th April. School catering will once again headline the event with some interesting vegetarian dishes.

Every month Open Kitchen Live brings restaurateurs, hoteliers, caterers, publicans, chefs, university and event caterers as well as consultants and their clients together to develop new menu options for their diners.

Menu

  • Croque M’sieur and vegetarian Croque Madam (with egg)
  • Asparagus and Philly Toast with Poached Egg

Char-grilled Chili, Coriander & Lemongrass glazed Tuna steak, Served with Tangy Cous Cous & Asparagus 21 day Matured Peppered Ribeye Steak, Served with Grilled Tomato, Chunky Chips & Béarnaise Sauce Pan-fried Rainbow Trout fillet finished with Citrus Butter, Served with Samphire & baby Carrots Roast Topside of Beef with Yorkshire pudding, Served with Homemade Horseradish Sauce
