Faucet Inn has launched the first venue of its new concept, KuPP, an all-day food, drink, coffee and retail offering this week, in the newly developed 5 Merchant Square, Paddington Basin, London.
Situated on the canal, KuPP will deliver a fresh, refined and considered approach to dining out, with a philosophy around “simple things, done just right.”Drawing on inspiration from the Swedish Fika style of enjoying a coffee break, which is more about socialising than drinking coffee, KuPP will feature its own unique espresso and filter coffee blend, created especially for the brand and complemented by freshly baked breads and pastries, which customers can enjoy in store or as ‘grab & go’ items.
Beer tanks
An eye-catching feature of the bar area, the installation of huge Krusovice beer tanks offers customers a simple, quality range of beers, available as a tankard, schooner or growler. The beers will be on offer alongside a large range of artisan and craft bottled beers, together with a hand selected international wine list.
The all-day dining menu, from breakfast through to the evening, has been designed for people to come together and enjoy together. It will utilise fresh, quality produce, carefully sourced, with provenance at its heart. The simple, colourful and flavourful food will have a focus on some key Scandinavian ingredients served with a KuPP twist. Many of the dishes are suitable for grazing and sharing.
