Emily Cox has been appointed as General Manager at the BEST WESTERN PLUS Cedar Court Hotel Leeds Bradford, having been working as Special Projects Manager for the Jury Hotel group.
She first came to Yorkshire from Oxfordshire to study a Fine Art Degree at Bradford University and started her hospitality career as a bar attendant whilst still at university. Having been enticed to work in hospitality she progressed through management training with Jupiter Hotels, which operates under the Mercure brand, and has gained valuable management experience as a General Manager with the group in Leeds, Wetherby and, for over three years, at the Bankfield, Bingley.
