Shelley Sandzer, the leading leisure property specialist agency, has secured a new 5000 sq ft site for French Restaurant Aubaine at Hyde Park Hilton. Shelley Sandzer acted on behalf of Hilton Hotels in securing this prime location in central London, which is due to open summer 2015.
Aubaine will be the sole restaurant to occupy the ground floor within Hyde Park Hilton located at 129 Bayswater Road. Providing more than 100 covers the new restaurant will bring the number of London sites up to ten.
