It’s not news that attractive cafe and eating facilities make the shopping experience more enjoyable for the customer as well as more long-lasting and profitable for the shop or shopping centre. From supermarkets to shopping centres to department stores, all are constantly examining what they offer and seeking to improve it.
And Asda is no exception: they state that they “…are always looking at ways to improve our stores and the in-store experience for customers. As part of this we regularly trial new formats including across our food service offers.”
As part of this process, Asda has recently installed three new Express Diners that offer a light, bright, fun family feel café designed to offer both good value and great quality food.
No doubt their competitors will be checking out the new layout and design, just as customers will be trying them out themselves.
