Japanese restaurant group, YO! Sushi, has partnered with SSP, a leading provider of food and beverage outlets in travel locations worldwide, to launch two new restaurants in Norway and Denmark. YO! Sushi opened its first restaurant in Oslo’s airport in Gardermoen three years ago and the second in Oslo’s Central Station this February.
The new Copenhagen restaurant is situated in Terminal 3 of the international airport, making it quick and easy for travellers to enjoy authentic hot and cold Japanese food both on the move through a key travel hub, as well as enjoying a dine-in experience at the 70 seat restaurant – making YO! Sushi’s authentic offering accessible to both travelling Norwegians and tourists alike.
The YO! Sushi menu will offer hot and cold Japanese favourites including rice, noodles, sushi, sashimi, hand rolls, salads and desserts – as well as unique Japanese snack packs and a wide range of drinks which makes it perfect for all types of meal occasions from eating in to on-the-go dining.
Vanessa Hall, CEO, at YO! Sushi said: “We are really excited to be working with SSP again, and together we can bring a slice of urban Tokyo to all travellers at two of Europe’s busiest transport hubs.”
YO! Sushi currently operates in ten travel hubs across Europe, including Heathrow terminals two and three, Gatwick North, Oslo Airport, St Pancras International and Edinburgh Airport.
