WILDS is a new outside catering company from Lucy Townsend – professional chef and owner of award winning pub The Greyhound on the Test in Stockbridge (Michelin Pub of the Year 2014).
Inspired by the ongoing demand for The Greyhound to cater for private parties and events, Lucy has decided to build on this interest and create WILDS – a bespoke catering service covering all your needs.
Dedicated in offering a personal service from start to finish, Lucy is well aware that every event is different and each one requires a tailored approach. An initial face to face meeting is an opportunity for Lucy to establish the type of event her clients require and from there she begins to suggest menu ideas which after several tastings, personal involvement and team work results in a bespoke event that fits all her clients’ requirements.
But WILDS isn’t just about the food – from the flowers to the marquee they can create the whole event just for you.
With Lucy overseeing every event which is fully supported by the team at The Greyhound, it ensures that everything from the food and service through to the design is exactly as you discussed. So whether it’s a riverside lunch for four, a shooting breakfast for twenty, a big wedding or small private party, WILDS ensures that you can truly enjoy life on the Wild Side!
