Hammerson has announced that TGI Fridays is to open at Highcross shopping centre in Leicester, giving the restaurant its debut in the city.
TGI Fridays will take a 613m2 (6,600sqft) unit, located opposite to the John Lewis store. Serving its full range of authentic American food and cocktails, the restaurant will become one of the key destinations in St Peters Square, Highcross’s dedicated dining quarter, and is due to open in late spring.
Previously only offering retail space, St Peters Square has undergone a period of transformation into a comprehensive dining area and is already home to popular brands such as Byron, Carluccio’s and more recently Bill’s.
