The Romantics, taking place on 29 April, is the very first awards to recognise and honour the businesses, services, people and moments that make us all go weak at the knees!
Now, the judging panel for these inaugural awards has been announced, with ten professionals who are each experienced and relevant to the various award categories: Tracey Cox, international expert in relationships, sex and body language;Sharon Kendrick, bestselling author for Mills & Boon; Eva Woods, debut Mills & Boon author; Daisy Amodio, Founder of The Proposers; Chelsea Blacker at WeLoveDates.com; Zoe Burke, Assistant Editor at Hitched.co.uk; James Lord Director of Weddings at Quintessentially and Joanne Grant, Senior Executive Editor at Mills & Boon.
In addition, Jacqueline Gold chief executive of Ann Summers and Knickerbox is on the panel as sole judge for the Most Romantic Entrepreneur Award, plus sponsor of the Most Romantic Hero/Heroine Award is reveal.co.uk with editor Lara Martin also on board as a judge.
Nominations
Nominations for the 2015 Awards are now open for entry (until March 22nd) and will be whittled down to a long list of 10 by the romance experts at Mills & Boon. Once the long list is in place it is then the public’s chance to vote for their favourite – voting ends 20 April. Following the public vote on 22 April, the top three for each category are put before the judges before one winner from each category is decided.
The winners will be announced at the Award Ceremony on 29 April.
