Ochil Foods are set to light up ScotHot 2015, showcasing over thirty Scottish Producers alongside some of the top international brands in speciality foods. They are likely to be one of the most relevant stands in a room full of chefs and food purchasers in this Scotland’s Year of Food and Drink.
Exhibiting on stand 4307, Ochil Foods bring with them producers Katy and Helena Rodgers from Katy Rodgers Artisan Dairy, Robert Mackenzie from Cullisse Rapeseed Oil and Anja Baak from Great Glen Charcuterie, allowing chefs to “meet the producers”.
Visitors to Scothot will also be able to learn more from Ochil’s directors Neil, Annie and Jeremy Dixon about a diverse range of producers from all over Scotland including Shellfish producers on Skye, Salt from Lewis, Cheese and Venison from the highlands, Game and Poultry from the central belt and much more.
Ochil Foods will be producing literature about all their producers especially for the event and you will be able to learn more through their much lauded “producer videos”.
Marketing Director Jeremy Dixon says “We are delighted to be attending this event and showcasing so many Scottish producers, we are sure our wealth of knowledge and connections to the best of Scottish food can add value to any menu, especially in this Scotland’s year of Food and Drink”.
