Las Iguanas has now gone beyond Gold IIP Status and have been rewarded as an Investors in People Champion, the highest level of accreditation by the IIP. This follows on from their recent successes at The Employee Engagement Awards and IIP Awards for Reward and Recognition and also their listing in the Sunday Times 100 Best Companies.

As an Investors in People Champion, Las Iguanas is recognised as a role model for the IIP community and the wider business population. They are recognised as offering insight, expertise and credibility in the realm of people management and are considered thought leaders in the field of HR and leadership. As an IIP Champion Las Iguanas are true ambassadors for the Investors in People brand and are exceptionally proud of the commitment that they have made and continue to make to their people.

To mark the occasion, Las Iguanas’ HR Manager, Angela Da Silva will be speaking at the launch of the IIP Outperformance roadshow at Las Iguanas Bristol on Thursday 19th March to 100 HR industry professionals about the IIP and the benefits they have seen as a business from being involved with the initiative. This will be followed by a series of IIP roadshows at Las Iguanas branches around the UK.
