The Display Line range from Porkka UK is a modular suite of heated, refrigerated and ambient servery counters that meet all of the requirements of a servery. The range includes hot and cold displays with either rear or self-service and lower storage to feed from bottom to top, as well as saladette counters, drinks cooling cabinets and ‘magic eye’ dispensers, table stands for glasses and ambient corners.
Also included are essential servery accessories such as thermostatically controlled plate dispensers, tray dispensers and tray rails.
Refrigerated cabinets use a specially designed chilled air delivery system to ensure that delicate food products such as pastries and sandwiches do not dry out when stored in this unit. Similarly, heated cabinets are designed to maintain the perfect temperature whilst hot food is stored.
The modular construction of the Porkka Display Line suite allows selection of specific units to suit particular requirements, making the design of your servery both simple and cost effective. All of the units are designed for ease of cleaning and servicing to save time and minimise disruption.
