Flying the Flag for Scottish Artisan Cheese
Errington Cheese is a family run cheesemaking business that has been established for over 30 years. Originally founded by Humphrey Errington and now run by his daughter Selina and son-in-law Andrew, the family currently milk over 400 Lacune sheep on their farm in South Lanarkshire, 1000ft above sea level. They make a range of raw Ewes milk cheese including the famous Lanark Blue and the new, Corra Linn.
The Cambus O’May Cheese Company is a recent addition to Cheese Cellar’s artisan cheesemakers. All named after famous landmarks around Royal Deeside, cheesemake Alex Reid was selected for his authentic adherence to traditional farmhouse recipes that recreated the taste and textures previously lost in the annals of time. All Cambus O’May cheeses are matured gently in an environment that is carefully controlled by state of the art equipment ensuring a consistent product full of flavour. Come and discover the joys of Auld Reekie -a delicate smoked cheese and much more!
