British Land has announced five new retail and leisure lettings at Regent’s Place, its 13 acre mixed use campus in London’s West End, including
- Nuvola – an Italian outlet providing healthy fresh Italian food and coffee will debut with a 2,300 sq ft store also at Euston Tower
- The Refinery at Regent’s Place – London bar group Drake and Morgan which operates unique restaurant and bar concepts including The Refinery and The Anthologist, has opened a 5,000 sq ft bar at 5 Brock Street overlooking Regent’s Place Plaza
- Beany Green – the independent coffee operator serving Australian coffee and gourmet healthy food has opened a 600 sq ft outlet at 30 Brock Street
- Chop’d – the all-day healthy eating and create your own salad bar will open a new 1,200 sq ft eatery within Regent’s Place Health Club at 1, 4 & 7 Triton Square.
Popular venue for people to eat, drink
David Lockyer, Head of Office Asset Management for British Land, said: “These lettings will provide greater choice to the people who live, work and visit our campus. The Plaza, which lies at the heart of Regent’s Place, is a popular destination for people to eat, drink and spend time, so we are creating a retail and leisure offering which adds vibrancy and complements the surrounding area.”
Regent’s Place comprises 1.6 million sq ft of commercial space, with occupiers including Facebook, Debenhams, Santander and Dentsu Aegis. It includes a diverse mix of shops, restaurants and bars, as well as over 300 residential units. The campus is home to around 16,000 workers and residents.
Retail and leisure operators already at the campus include Eat, Giovanni Rana, Itsu, ND Bar and Café, Pod, Pret a Manger, Starbucks, Union Bar and Wasabi.
