The owner of Revolution Bars, the operator of a chain of bars on UK high streets, has decided to take advantage of favourable financial conditions and access funding through an IPO.
There are no fewer than 58 ‘Revolution’ bars across the UK, and the Group has announced its intention to float on the London Stock Exchange, joining others who are taking advantage of favourable conditions before the election – who knows what conditions might follow!
Alchemy is the current owner of Revolution and several other bars through The New Inventive Bar Company, and has a rapid plan to float it in March.
The company traded independently on Aim until December 2005 when it was taken over by Alchemy.
