After a very successful series of Open Kitchen Live events in 2014 we are delighted to announce our 2015 dates.
Open Kitchen Live events see chefs demonstrate how Rational combi ovens cook a wide variety of menu items, many at the same time too, so visitors never go hungry and always go away with new ideas.
Open Kitchen Live events are for restaurateurs, hoteliers, caterers, publicans, chefs, university and event caterers as well as consultants and their clients.
Jacki Walker, Managing Director, Equipline the organisers of Open Kitchen Live events said “we love to see the reactions from visitors when they see how versatile the Rational equipment is. Many visitors bring their own ideas to challenge chef and we encourage that. We demonstrate breakfast, brunch, lunch and dinner ideas for visitors to take back to their venue and are always happy to discuss ideas and how to implement them”.
