Licensees in the Midlands are being invited to attend the BII’s ’50 for 50’ Roadshow at Birmingham City Football Club on Wednesday 11 February.
The half-day event will see five industry experts deliver 50 great ideas to help publicans boost their bottom line. Speakers include Lee Price, the current BII Licensee of the Year Award winner, who will share 10 things every top licensee should be doing right now in order to grow their business.
There will also be presentations from pub trade digital guru Mark Daniels, of Inapub, who among other things will show delegates how to use geo-location technology to attract new customers and how to get more from their websites.
Former Licensee of the Year Ali Carter, of Catercost, will show attendees how to calculate the lifetime value of their customers, how to avoid food wastage and how to win customers by ‘creating memories’.
Phil Davison, another former Licensee of the Year and founder of the Marketing Circle, will show attendees how to create quick and simple marketing campaigns to fill their pubs at quiet times as well as how to re-focus their own time where it brings the most value to the business.
Over lunch, attendees will have the opportunity for a one-to-one session with each of the speakers to discuss their ask questions about their own business.
50 ideas in half a day

The BII Roadshow will take place on February 11 at the Birmingham City Football Club. Tickets are available here
