Nine products have been shortlisted for ScotHot’s prestigious New Product Awards, recognising excellence in catering equipment, food & drink, tableware and technology.
The awards aim to discover the best products or services in the catering, hospitality and food & drink industry today with the winners due to be announced on the Spotlight Stage on 4 March at 4pm. ScotHot is Scotland’s food, drink, hospitality and tourism show and takes place on 4 and 5 March at Glasgow’s SECC.
The New Product Awards are judged by an independent panel of experts who look for all-round excellence from products launched in the year leading up to the show. The awards will highlight the most innovative and high-quality products among the exhibitors and are a trusted standard for visitors making purchasing decisions. Shortlisted products will receive a gold, silver or bronze accolade during an awards ceremony at the show.

ScotHot, Scotland’s food, drink, hospitality and tourism show is returning for the Year of Food & Drink in 2015 as part of Scottish Tourism Week’s Signature Programme and will bring together suppliers of food and drink; catering equipment; décor and design; tableware and technology products with chefs and buyers from hotels, restaurants, bars, catering outlets and tourism destinations.
With a heritage dating back over 40 years, the show runs every two years.
