Guillaume brings 20 years’ experience in the hotel industry, having held senior positions at hotels including The Ritz, The Connaught, Claridges, The Jumeirah Carlton Tower and The Dorchester. His most recent position was Managing Director of André Balazs Hotels where he oversaw the launch of Chiltern Firehouse.
In addition to his role as General Manager, Guillaume will also be utilising his experience internationally as the brand opens new hotels in Dubai, Barcelona and Miami over the next 12 months.

The iconic, design-led hotel was appointed Best Hotel UK last month at the International Hotel Awards, having previously won Hotel of The Year at the European Hospitality Awards.
