Cream Supplies’ Essential Culinary Oils perfect for Chocolate Work

By James Russell: Cream Supplies’ Essential Culinary Oils perfect for Chocolate Work

February 3, 2015

The popularity of chocolate soars in the run up to Easter giving chefs an opportunity to show off their skills and versatility.

An easy and effective way to introduce a complimentary, natural flavour into chocolate is Cream Supplies’ range of Natural Essential Oils. Because the oils blend readily into a chocolate base, they are particularly good for flavouring melted chocolate (during tempering), desserts, ganache and sauces. They will also produce excellent results in ice cream, if used during preparation, and cream.

Natural Essential Oils are pressed from a plant or fruit and then purified so that they impart a very clean and sharp flavour. They are 100% pure and undiluted so are intensely flavoured and should be used sparingly.

Natural Essential Oils have a shelf life of between 6 and 12 months once opened and are vegan, halal and kosher friendly.

They are available in lemon, lime, orange, cinnamon and mint. Each 30ml glass bottle contains approximately 800 drops, dispensed via a pipette for ease of use.

They are priced at £5.95 and are available for next day delivery from www.creamsupplies.co.uk
