St. James’s Hotel & Club has appointed Clement Joseph as Food & Beverage Manager at its boutique property in Mayfair, London.
With an international pedigree, Clement has over 18 years of industry experience and expertise, having worked across well-known and respected establishments worldwide. From guest services at Park Sheraton Hotel in Chennai, India to Senior Assistant Manager at Four Seasons Hotel in Hampshire, UK, Clement has been involved in numerous hotel openings and developed extensive knowledge of the industry.
Recent posts include Assistant Manager at Corinthia Hotel, London and Food & Beverage Manger at Royal Automobile Club, Epsom where Clement was directly responsible for overseeing operations of all food and beverage services, including casual dining, fine-dining, cocktail bar and private members club lounge.
At St. James’s Hotel & Club, Clement will oversee the operations for award-winning executive chef William Drabble, including his Michelin-starred restaurant Seven Park Place, the informal dining space William’s Bar & Bistro as well as private dining and room service.
