BaxterStorey, the UK’s leading independent food service specialist, has won a new three-year contract with the University of Stirling to provide catering and hospitality services to its 15,000 students, staff and visitors.
The contract commenced in January and was awarded to BaxterStorey following a rigorous tender process.
The company, which has £30m turnover in Scotland, was specifically praised for its commitment to local sourcing and its approach to student engagement.
The University of Stirling was founded by Royal charter in 1967 on the Airthrey Estate in Scotland and is widely acclaimed as one of the most picturesque Locations in Europe.
