Ingredients for 12
- 400 g Philadelphia Light
- 75 g caster sugar
- 2 medium eggs
- 12 OREO cookies (132g)
- 50 g dark chocolate, melted
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180oC, Gas Mark 4. Beat Philly and sugar in a large bowl until well blended. Add eggs, one at a time, stirring after each addition just until blended.
- Place 1 cookie in botttom of each 12 paper cake cases in a bun tin. Fill evenly with batter.
- Bake 18-20 minutes or until centres are almost set. Cool. Refrigerate 3 hours or overnight for best results. Drizzle with melted chocolate before serving.
