Kingly Court is the three-storey al-fresco food and drink destination in the heart of Carnaby in London’s West End. The newest outlets to arrive are pan Asian and Sushi restaurant, Oka Robata Grill and Sushi and cupcake bakery Crumbs & Doilies.The unique food hub unites 21 of the best British and international restaurants, cafés, bars and food operators around a courtyard.
Oka Robata Grill and Sushi
Located on Kingly Court’s first floor, Oka Robata Grill and Sushi is a new Asian restaurant serving traditional Asian food with a modern twist. Oka guarantees fresh, seasonal healthy food made to order, traditional mains cooked on their robata grill, and daily specials available for lunch takeaways.
The menu showcases the best of pan-Asian & sushi cuisine serving a selection of homemade hosomaki, uramaki, nigiri, sashimi and takai sushi alongside an abundance of carefully chosen authentic mains. The drinks list includes Dewazakura ‘Oka’ Sake, Japanese ‘Yamazaki’ whisky and Sapporo premium beer along with their speciality cocktail menu. With reasonably priced dishes, great food and ambience, Oka adds to the attraction of Kingly Court.
Crumbs & Doilies
Crumbs & Doilies is a two floor bakery and store serving unique cakes and cupcakes, made from the finest ingredients, baked fresh to order in store with each one expertly hand decorated. The brightly designed store offers individual and gift boxed cupcakes, featuring their favourite ‘classic’ and ‘special’ cupcake flavours as well as larger celebration cakes available in three sizes. Alternative flavours will be offered as daily and seasonal treats, baked in store on the first floor.
Key cupcakes include their classics, Vanilla Rose, Red Velvet, Jamaican Ginger, Lemon & Poppyseed and Salted Caramel, whilst specials range from Neapolitan, Maple & Bacon, Chocolate Guinness, Spiced Pumpkin and Mexican Hot Chocolate.
The two new openings join a diverse mix of restaurants and bars in Kingly Court including the newly opened Peruvian concept restaurant Señor Ceviche and healthy flagship Greek restaurant The Life Goddess. They also join Pizza Pilgrims Pizzeria and Frigittoria, American diner Stax, espresso bar Soho Grind, The Detox Kitchen’s first standalone wholefood deli and tonkotsu ramen restaurant Shoryu Carnaby, all of whom offer dishes and cocktails, exclusive to Kingly Court.
They bring Kingly Court’s total of bars and food retailers to twenty one, with ten different cuisines, all carefully chosen to offer a unique dining experience that can’t be found anywhere else in London.
