The Phoenix Inn in Hartley Wintney has been named Venue of the year 2015 by Les Routiers Great Britain and Ireland, as well as best pub in Hampshire.

The accolade is in recognition of providing consistent, exceptional service and hospitality: judges praised the Phoenix Inn for its consistent delivery of high quality food, drink and service.
Licensees Andrew and Sisi Ryder are delighted to receive this recognition saying: “We have a young, passionate, and enthusiastic team and it is wonderful that their efforts have not only made us successful, but they have been recognised by our customers and the Les Routiers team.”
Best pub in Hampshire
The Phoenix Inn has also been named the best pub in Hampshire. The Hampshire life magazine food and drinks award gala dinner was held at The Elvetham hotel on 26 November 2014, where three finalists battled it out to be crowned the winner.
Licensees, Andrew and Sisi Ryder, who have been running The Phoenix since November 2009, were presented with their award along with Adrian Culver, head chef of The Phoenix Inn.
Judges praised the Phoenix for its consistent first class delivery of fresh local food, excellent choice of wines and beers, and exceptional levels of customer service.
