Providing a comprehensive guide to the Grant sous vide range, customers worldwide will be able to purchase online at a time that suits them. In addition we offer a  market leading next day dispatch capability across all products in the range.

Sous Vide cooking is a well established technique of slow cooking under vacuum in a water bath. It offers benefits in taste , texture and value.

The web site also acts as a resource centre for Sous Vide cooking  with new features such as the Young Chef of the Year competition, recipe of the month, sous vide partner scheme, news, events and videos, the new Grant Sous Vide website is much more than an e-commerce site.

For the Young Chef of the Year competition, Grant Sous Vide is looking for talented young chef’s under the age of 25 who are passionate about sous vide cooking. Entrants will be asked to complete an entry form detailing their sous vide dish and describe in less than 300 words why they believe it to benovel and innovative. Six finalists will be asked to attend a grand final in May 2015 where they will be asked to present both a meat and fish dish to a panel of experts. The winner will receive a £1,000 cash prize, a top of the range SV200 portable sous vide unit and a cooking master class with an award winning chef. A regular new feature of the Grant Sous Vide website will be a recipe of the month. Talented Chefs have shared some of their favourite Sous Vide dishes, which we hope will inspire chefs to experiment with sous vide for themselves. This month features Mark Poynton, Chef Patron at the Michelin starred Alimentum in Cambridge, cooking Sirloin of beef and braised oxtail, with mushroom puree and wilted spinach.

Our sous vide partner scheme is centred around restaurants in the UK who actively use the sous vide technique to prepare dishes on their menus. Customers will be able to locate restaurants local to them, simply by entering a postcode into the search facility. What’s more, registering as a Grant Sous Vide partner is free of charge and can be done easily through our new website, by including the restaurant’s name and contact details.
