Shelley Sandzer, the leading leisure property specialist agency, has acted for Anthony Demetre and Will Smith of Les Deux Salons in a deal that sees Prescott and Conran acquire the Covent Garden brasserie at 40-42 William IV Street.
The 9,000 sq ft restaurant is split over basement, ground and first floor levels with a total of 170 covers. It adds to the portfolio of restaurants, bars, members clubs and cafés currently managed by Prescott and Conran’s shareholders, Terence Conran, Vicki Conran and Peter Prescott, which also includes the Boundary Hotel in Shoreditch.
