Staybridge Suites Liverpool and Holiday Inn London – Stratford City, both managed by Cycas Hospitality, are celebrating after winning two coveted ‘Hotel Star Awards’ from the InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG).
A great ambassador for the Staybridge Suites brand
Janet Roberts of Staybridge Suites Liverpool won ‘General Manager of the Year Award’ and Holiday Inn London – Stratford City won a ‘Quality Excellence Award’.
General Manager of Staybridge Suites Liverpool, Janet Roberts, was one of just six in Europe to be awarded ‘General Manager of the Year’. The award recognises individuals who have made an outstanding contribution to their hotel, guests and employees during the last twelve months.

The ‘Quality Excellence Award’ recognises hotels in Europe that are in the top 7% in the 12-month HeartBeat Overall Experience scores and who have achieved excellent standards compliance.
