Coffee Gourmet was developed to design a coffee filter that would deliver a new high quality coffee drinking experience – and their latest design claims to do so by filtering coffee without limiting but by heightening the quality of its taste, adding greater clarity and definition to the flavour than any other filter system.
It’s an interesting and well-presented project that is fully explained and illustrated as they make their case on the KickStarter site for fund raising for creative projects BUT only until 19 December.
After much development, the final design is now in place that uses the original filtration method, housed in an attractive casing, and branded as Coffee Gourmet – as illustrated.
But – the help of investors is urgently needed, as taking the product through to its final stage of manufacture requires further financial backing to support the cost of tooling. As backers, you can support both Coffee Gourmet and quality coffee by investing in the pre-order opportunities!
Coffee Gourmet may be of interest to H&C News readers because it is a small portable device designed to make gourmet coffee quickly and easily: the applications in hospitality could be considerable if it can indeed brew coffee ‘simply’ and ‘quickly’ yet still give a complex and premium quality taste.
