January sees the launch of a series of BII roadshow events across the country to assist both member and non-member licensees to develop their businesses.
The new ‘50 4 50’, events will highlight innovation and offer practical advice to support established and fledgling businesses. The idea of the ’50 4 50” event is that every attendee will take away ten ideas from each of the five presenters, representing excellent value by receiving 50 ideas for only £50.
BII Chief Executive, Tim Hulme threw his weight behind the concept, saying, “I am delighted to be able to respond to requests from our members to bring the benefits of the BII and its representatives to a number of highly accessible locations across the country.
“We are working with key experts from across the industry to bring our attendees advice that can really make a difference. There will also be excellent networking opportunities to promote the sharing of best practice and to stimulate innovative thinking”.

A variety of stimulating topics will be covered including: how to grow your footfall; what you should be doing online to promote your business; 10 things every top licensee should be doing, together with a range of practical tips from industry speakers including former Licensee of the Year Award winners.
Over lunch, attendees will get the opportunity to ‘speed network’ directly with the speakers to discuss their personal business challenges and ideas.
