Robin Hutson, Chairman and CEO of Lime Wood Group Ltd and Home Grown Hotels Ltd (The Pig hotels) has announced the appointment of Angela Hartnett MBE as a company director to the boards of both companies.
He said ‘We have been working with Angela since the launch of the flagship restaurant Hartnett Holder & Co at Lime Wood in early 2012. During this period Angela has become a very important member of the senior team, her contribution to the restaurant operation has been considerable and her style is a great fit for us.
“Apart from those attributes she is quite simply the nicest person to work with and she brings that extra perspective to the male dominated board! Angela exudes all that encompasses Lime Wood and THE PIG, with an easy going approach to work which is complimented with a firm grasp on attention to detail. Her Italian heritage brings with her a strong sense of family importance which transcends into the kitchen and beyond.

The appointments come along with a new 3 year contract for her continued involvement with Hartnett Holder & Co
