Indian Restaurants Limited, the company behind The Cinnamon Club, Cinnamon Kitchen and Cinnamon Soho overseen by CEO and executive chef Vivek Singh, is delighted to announce the appointment of Tina English as Commercial Director.
Tina’s new role will see her hone and develop the Cinnamon Kitchen brand, in addition to exploring and executing other brand development opportunities for the Cinnamon Group.
Having previously worked in both Brand Development and Managing Director roles within the restaurant and hospitality sector, Tina arrives at Indian Restaurants Limited with over 21 years’ of industry experience and expertise.
Her results-driven approach and passion for the restaurant industry has led her to success in a number of previous roles including: Managing Director of The Ignite Group, overseeing a portfolio of restaurants, bars and clubs both in the UK and internationally; Commercial Director for the dim sum group Ping Pong; Commercial Director for Paramount Restaurants, culminating in a successful private equity sale; and working as a freelance consultant for The Restaurant Group Plc. and Comptoir Libanais.
