Stand 348
Hoshizaki will be showing a prototype of its new hydrocarbon ice maker at Hospitality. The modular, IM130ANE HC, which will be available for delivery early in 2015, reduces global warming to almost zero and substantially cuts energy requirements. The R290 refrigerant used is naturally sourced and provides a further benefit in that it reduces energy consumption by approximately 20%. With its 125kg per day output, it is the most recent addition to Hoshizaki’s expanding HC ice maker range and further cements the company’s unwavering commitment to pioneering ‘green’ solutions that reduce carbon and save energy.
Also on show will be the low energy, hydrocarbon refrigerated, ECO Standard range of cabinet and counter fridges and freezers. Launched during 2014, it provides the perfect solution for energy conscious and environmentally aware caterers.
