Inside The Admiralty

By James Russell: Inside The Admiralty

November 3, 2014

Fuller’s unveiled its latest iconic pub on 21 October to commemorate Trafalgar Day.

The Admiralty is the only pub on Trafalgar Square and was opened by former First Sea Lord, Admiral the Lord West of Spithead, and Fuller’s Chief Executive Simon Emeny.

Here, we take readers on a brief tour of a pub which seems set to be a considerable attraction to both Londoners, those with past or present connections with the Royal Navy or the sea, and the visitors who flock to Trafalgar Square.

As you’d expect, The Admiralty offers an excellent range of beers and wines and, as one of Fuller’s Ale and Pie pubs  – well known in London as the place to sample pastry and fillings – there’s a good choice of pies on the menu.

For visitors who can’t decide which pie (or pint) they favour, The Admiralty offers a tasting board, featuring three mini-pies and three matched samples of ale.
