The Tragus Group is changing fast. With 25 years as the nations favourite French Bistro, and one of the UK’s largest casual dining groups, with nearly 200 restaurants and 6,000 employees, we have some ambitious plans for the future. We’re investing well over £5 million in Café Rouge between now and next March, initially focusing on 35 key locations during the remainder of 2014, before rolling out to the remainder of our sites early 2015.
