Element on Rose Street, Edinburgh has completed its makeover that started in October.
The re-launch will include a new elegant interior and an exciting food and drink offering. Element will now offer a delicious and extensive brunch menu perfect for a lazy weekend and a lunch menu that is ideally priced for a working lunch. The after-work crowd can choose from an extensive drinks menu including an indulgent and ingenious cocktail list, an inventive wine list and a generous range of whiskies, not forgetting Edinburgh’s drink of choice, gin.
The new stylish look will be a welcome treat to regular Element customers, and cost around £130K. The interior will be decorated in a warming and cosy blue and tan colour scheme with elements of muted tweeds. Designed by Tibbatts Abel, Element’s new look is full of stylish and practical features such as fixed seating, providing space for larger parties. Expect to see a bespoke Edinburgh inspired mural by local artist Lynsey Jean Henderson whose work adorns the interiors of other venues within the Signature & Speratus Groups.
A great destination hidden between Edinburgh’s main shopping streets, Element offers a glamorous escape for customers to relax and enjoy competitively priced food and drinks from the talented kitchen team and expert bar tenders.
Operations manager Hazel Ward said: “As always, our focus will be on providing excellent levels of customer service in a comfortable, relaxing environment. The food and drink on offer will maintain their high standard of produce and production with a few creative twists. We hope to uphold our reputation as a hidden gem on Edinburgh’s Rose Street where our guests can enjoy the atmosphere day & night.
