The Guinness World Records Certificate recognised Wetherspoon for serving the most pitchers of summer punch sold in 24 hours in multiple venues.
Its pubs served a total of 1,343 pitchers of Pimm’s in mid-August to achieve the world record.
Gary said: “It is fantastic for Wetherspoon to be named as a Guinness World Record Holder. “Pimm’s is extremely popular in our pubs and it is thanks to our customers that we achieved this record.”
