This newly refurbished stunning ROSETTE brasserie style restaurant, which is part of an award winning restaurant group, is seeking the talents of an experienced Sous Chef to run its stable brigade. You will assist in creating fine British Cuisine with a strong focus on using only the freshest, locally sourced ingredients and the menus changes seasonally. You must have at least 2 years’ experience as a Sous Chef within a high standard Rosette fine dining environment.
