PSL are already concentrating on the two major events that will soon be upon us: Christmas 2014 and the introduction of the new Food Allergens Information Regulations.

13 December sees the new law come in to effect, and all caterers will be required to provide a full list of all potential Allergens that may be found in any food that they sell.

PSL has worked with food producers and suppliers to create a new system which automates the process of identifying allergens based on your recipes, saving countless hours of research.

Of course, they’ve also built in a full menu costing template so that you can track both profitability and potential allergens. This industry-leading system is available free of charge to all PSL clients, and at a small cost to any other caterers. Please email for more information.

Christmas 2014

The first of December is just 33 days away, and for most clients it is the busiest month of the year. PSL is already helping negotiate incredible prices on volume lines such as turkey and chipolatas: the recipes were signed off months ago, and the order guides have been sent out already.
