The UK’s top hotel concierges were recognised at the 9th annual Morris Golden Keys Concierge Awards, held at the Royal Horseguards Hotel, London.
Morris Visitor Publications (MVP) in Europe, and The Society of The Golden Keys of Great Britain and the Commonwealth stage the event that celebrates success among the organisation’s 340 UK members.
Winners were presented with a unique glass trophy, exclusively created for the event by Peter Layton at London Glassblowing.
Guests from London’s hospitality, retail and tourism industries, the hotel concierge community and hotel general managers, were entertained with a reception of drinks and delicious canapés, courtesy of the Royal Horseguards Hotel.
