As Head Chef the ideal candidate for this role will have previous restaurant / brasserie / gastro pub style experience at a fine dining level. The role of Head Chef will require you to supervise, train, motivate, develop and lead your team within the kitchen to ensure the smooth delivery of service to maintain standards. This is a hands on role and requires good kitchen management to include health and safety / cost control etc.
