Mercure Parkside House Hotel in Milton Keynes has been sold by specialist property adviser Christie + Co on behalf of an undisclosed investor.
The 49-bedroom hotel has been acquired by Nazim Manji of the Clubhouse Group for an undisclosed sum, but it was marketed at a guide price of £2.6 million. The Clubhouse Group owns hotels under management in Europe as well as The Mercure Abbey Hill Hotel, the only other Mercure hotel in Milton Keynes.
Perfectly placed for tranquillity and convenience, Parkside House Hotel sits in the village of Woughton-on-the-Green, only a short distance from one of Britain’s biggest shopping centres. A reputable wedding and function venue, the elegant Georgian property boasts five substantial conference rooms and five acres of beautifully landscaped grounds.
