Delek Group, owners of Roadchef Motorway Services, has announced that it has entered into a binding agreement for the sale of its entire holdings (100%) in Roadchef Ltd to Antin Infrastructure Partners, a European infrastructure fund, in consideration of approximately GBP 153 million.
The sale is expected to complete by the end of September 2014.
No further information on the plans for Roadchef has yet been released.
