Jesse Dunford Wood has appointed Andy Harris as Operations Director at his restaurant Parlour in Kensal Rise, London.
Andy Harris will work alongside award-winning chef Jesse Dunford Wood. Andy joins Parlour from premium pub operator, Metropolitan Pub company. Prior to this Andy spent time with Drake & Morgan, McMullens, and Perritt and Perritt, where he had previously worked with Dunford Wood.
His new role will see him working to develop the Parlour brand and oversee the overall business operations.
