The Hotel Collection has announced three key executive appointments, including a new operations director, marketing director and human resources director.
Peter Manby, Operations Director
Peter Manby has been appointed as operations director and takes responsibility for hotel operations in order to strengthen customer service and operating performance. A commercial leader in the hotel and hospitality sector, Manby has held notable positions at companies including Hilton, De Vere Group and, most recently, Travelodge.
Andrea McKay, Marketing Director
The Hotel Collection further announced the appointment of Andrea McKay as marketing director. McKay previously spent ten years in senior marketing roles with Hilton Hotels and has sat on the committee for the Hotel Marketing Association for the last ten years.
Helen Smith, Human Resources Director
Helen Smith has also joined in the capacity of human resources director, joining from Menzies Hotels, where she held a similar role.
