Following on from the recent appointment of Head of Talent, Abokado continues to bolster its management team to support their roll out with the creation of a Head of Coffee.
Ben Crosland, previously of Benugo, has been recruited into this position and has taken overall responsibility for coffee standards through the 22 store group.
Mark Lilley, director, said, “We’ve made massive progress in our morning day part over the past couple of years. Most of our new stores are delivering coffee and breakfast sales at more than 20% of total sales and this is growing.
“This hire underlines our commitment to embracing third wave coffee and extending our trading period outside of our frantic lunches.”
